Brooklands Motorcycle Show featuring a Tribute to Triumph

This year the show is taking place on Sunday the 1st July at the Brooklands Museum, opening from 10am until 5pm. The TOMCC will have a stand there courtesy of the Surrey Branch who did an amazing job of promoting the Club last year. The theme this year is Triumph - and you may be able to take part... read on to find out how.

The organisers are inviting owners of interesting Triumphs of any era to bring them along and enjoy a ride up the Test Hill and Finishing Straight. Email sandsmichael1@gmail.com if you have a suitable bike and would like to take part.

The event will showcase some of the historic bikes in the Museum collection, many of which will be demonstrated by the Brooklands Motorcycle Team. Alongside them, latest models will be on display.

The famous Test Hill will provide a unique opportunity to see how the pre-War race bikes fare against today’s super-machines. Always a crowd pleaser, the Hill was constructed in 1909 to test acceleration and power and has been in use for events since the Museum opened.

Entry for motorcycles to the Museum site is via the Campbell Gate off Brooklands Road. Visitor parking is in The Heights off Wellington Way, please follow event signage.

Look out for the Surrey Branch stand when you're there and pop over to say hello.
