The T-Shirt design for this year's Trifest Somerset event has been unveiled. These will be a limited edition available to all to buy on the TOMCC Merchandise site. If you want your T-Shirt before the event then you will need to place your order at least 5 working days before.
Trifest Somerset is taking place from the 28th April to the 1st May 2017 at St Audries Bay Holiday Club, Somerset, TA4 4DY. If last year... and the year before that... is anything to go by then it will be a not-to-be-missed event. However it's selling out fast so get in quick if you do want to go.
The T-shirt features the flag of Somerset (which was only adopted in 2013). The design takes elements of Somerset's Coat of Arms and simplifies them, so you are left with a rampant Red Dragon on a field of Gold. The Red Dragon is strongly associated with Celtic peoples and Somerset was a Celtic stronghold until the Saxons (typically associated with a White Dragon) eventually took over.
