Valentine's Day at the Ace - Winners

The Prize Draw for Dinner for Two on Valentine's Day at the Ace Cafe was won by two Club Members from Kent. Russell and Margarita had an excellent time courtesy of the Ace Cafe London. They are also keen to get the East Kent branch started and are working towards that happening in the very short term.

Russell wrote: We arrived at the ACE Cafe at approximately 7pm and was made welcome by the duty manager and the lady looking after our table. we had a good walk round the shop and nearly bought a load of stuff... maybe next time. We ordered the starters of duck breast and my wife had the Greek feta and tomato salad which was lovely. Opened a bottle of Prosecco for the main course, I had the Greek lamb and my wife had the chicken ala cream, both nice tasty dishes. Finished the meal with a tiramasu and profiteroles - all good stuff.

Had a quick chat with the ops director George Tsuchnikas, as we were leaving, who was very informative in respect to the details of the limited edition Triumph bikes inside the cafe (in background of our photos). Got one of the other diners from Bristol, to take our picture - who was a competition winner off a face book page to supply a comment against a picture. Thanks to them.

Looking forward to summer with my 2017 Triumph Bobber which I purchased from JS Gedge in Hastings (thanks to Graham and the staff there, genuinely nice people). Had a few extras with the cut down back mudguard and the side number plate. Very impressed with the road holding. Every YouTube video article on it was 100% correct. Bike is as good as it gets and looks cool.
