Triumph have released a teaser trailer for the Speed Twin stating that it is 'coming soon' but no date has yet been set for the launch. The video has a lot of flashing images and black spaces so you don't get a great look at the bike itself, but then we have all seen the videos from the Dealers Conference?
The Speed Twin will take the beauty of the Street Twin and combine it with the power and handling of the Thruxton R. It will be a 1200cc machine but crucially it will be lighter than the Thruxton R. What's more, it will be lighter than its current competition in the market. The Triumph design team have also improved the handling and agility over the Street Twin and Thruxton.
